Hybrid Paralegal for Raleigh Personal Injury Firm
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
Gather and organize discovery materials, exhibits, medical records, and supporting documentation.
Maintain and manage detailed case files throughout all phases of litigation.
Perform data entry and update case information within our case management system.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and attorneys to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
Coordinate filings, hearings, and communications with court personnel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
Track case deadlines, court dates, statutes, and litigation milestones.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members across multiple practice areas when needed.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation; trial experience preferred.
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal drafting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
