Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Men's Formalwear Rental Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations and create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, confident engaging with technology, and an ability to create relationships within the community. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our showroom, from inventory management to customer service, to ensure our clients receive the best rental experience possible.

Key Responsibilities Showroom Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized for an inviting customer experience.

Monitor and replenish inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by guiding guests with style selection, fitting, and outfit coordination.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Handle on-line appointments, walk-ins and local partnership inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff to maintain a high level of service quality.

Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.

Sales and Marketing

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom offerings through various channels.

Actively engage in sales efforts, including opportunities to drive revenue through outreach initiatives within the community.

Monitor sales goals and implement strategies to achieve targets.

Inventory Control

Track inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Manage the maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of rental items.

Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and damages.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate records of customer orders, returns, and inventory.

Generate reports on showroom performance and inventory turnover.

Assist in budgeting and financial reporting related to showroom operations.

Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail management, fashion retail, or formalwear rental is highly desirable.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems.

Leadership and team management skills.

A passion for men's fashion and style trends.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
