Job Summary As a
Marketing Communication Specialist , you will plan, execute, and track multi‑channel marketing communication activities in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams. Your work ensures strong, consistent brand visibility across various internal and external communication touchpoints. You will support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and the creation of digital and print materials. In addition,
you will provide structured input to the Digital Architect , contributing to the continuous improvement of digital tools, platforms, and content workflows. This role requires a creative, agile, autonomous, and results‑driven
professional with a positive mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities Marketing Communication Activities
Lead the execution of multi‑channel marketing communication activities.
Liaise with and manage marketing agencies, consultants, and other external partners.
Plan and support internal marketing events, team meetings, and marketing conferences.
Plan and support external events, exhibitions, and customer conferences.
Support product launches in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Create and coordinate promotional materials (print and digital).
Plan and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
Distribute marketing materials and resolve issues related to content or distribution.
Manage communication material stock and maintain version control.
Maintain promotional files, marketing databases, SharePoint content, and VEEVA approvals.
Support the development and implementation of promotional tools across teams.
Administration
Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, media bookings, and supplier interactions.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on supplier payments.
Support meeting planning, event organization, and room bookings.
Track budgets and marketing expenses.
Product Knowledge
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product and customer knowledge.
Internal & External Stakeholder Contact
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams across PSD.
Experience & Skills
Experience planning and executing internal and external marketing events.
Experience developing marketing collateral (print and digital).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with creative software such as InDesign or Photoshop.
Strong administrative and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.
Customer‑service‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
Ability to travel internationally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French and Dutch are valued; additional languages are an asset.
