Job Summary: The Retail Experience Ambassador is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and contribute to achieving the retail stores objectives in sales, service, client relationships and.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

Promote Regent’s service philosophy and style through our people attributes.

Adhere to Regent Santa Monica Beach's standards in job performance and retail policies.

Consistently achieve and/or exceed the individual and boutique monthly sales target, as directed by management.

Cultivate strong client relationships whether in or outside the boutique representing the organization.

Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for Regent Santa Monica and the boutique.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned Product category and keep up-to-date on all Product categories in store.

Demonstrate, recommend and style the products available; promote wardrobing.

Provide outstanding hospitality to all guests, consistently delivering attentive, refined, and courteous service.

Support the brand image by always adhering to dress code.

Utilize a POS system to manage smooth transactions.

Provide store management with qualitative feedback.

Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.

Assist in receiving merchandise, while ensuring an organized inventory process.

Continuously seek ways to enhance revenue and elevate the guest experience.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners.

Complete all assigned tasks directed my management.

Keep retail spaces clean and organized, aligning with the culture and standards of excellence.

Conduct daily store operations efficiently, demonstrating respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative.

Master all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

Foster rapport with customers through conversation and honest recommendations.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

Strong reading and writing skills to aid in communication.

Solid understanding of fashion and styling.

Basic computer skills required.

$32.00 - $34.00.
