We’ve built powerful internal tools. Now we’re modernizing how those products are positioned, understood, and eventually brought to market externally.

We’re looking for a

mid-level Product Marketing Manager

who thrives in environments that are:

Light on process (for now)

Heavy on opportunity, ownership, and influence

If you’ve worked in SaaS or tech and enjoy being early — shaping messaging, defining workflows, and helping a product function mature — this role was designed for you.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do This is a

hands‑on, builder role . You’ll be embedded with product, design, and development teams and will help turn user insight into clear positioning, compelling stories, and practical go‑to‑market execution.

Market & User Research

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usage analysis)

Identify user pain points, motivations, and unmet needs

Analyze competitors, industry trends, and adjacent tech landscapes

Translate insights into product positioning and roadmap inputs

Product Marketing & Messaging

Develop product messaging that clearly communicates value and differentiation

Create sales enablement assets, one‑pagers, case studies, and web content

Support early go‑to‑market efforts as products evolve from internal tools to external offerings

Help implement and shape email and content marketing efforts for new audiences

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Owners, UI/UX, and Development

Share insights in ways that drive alignment and better product decisions

Collaborate with marketing teammates focused on proposals, conferences, and brand

Building the Function (The Fun Part)

Help define templates, workflows, and best practices for product marketing

Improve documentation, research standards, and feedback loops

Bring ideas from past SaaS or tech roles and adapt them to a growing environment

Play a meaningful role in shaping how product marketing works at KHTS

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, HCD, or related field

4+ years of experience in:

Product marketing

SaaS / technology marketing

Customer or user research

Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in office.

This is not a remote role.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in SaaS, internal tools, or B2B technology

Exposure to user interviews, research synthesis, or competitive analysis

Experience helping improve or define marketing processes

Interest in long‑term growth as the team scales
