JCW is partnered with a leading financial services organization as they're looking to hire a Senior Paralegal. An ideal candidate will have prior experience as a real estate paralegal and will be able to work out of the firm's office a few days per week.
Day-to-day you will:
Provide legal support in all phases of commercial real estate transactions.
Research real property tax and ownership information.
Review and analyze title documents.
Draft and review various real estate documents.
