Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Sales Person at BlackFox Oil Tools, LLC. The Sales Person will handle daily client engagement, promote existing and new product offerings, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with current clients, prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. The role will require collaboration with the technical team to understand product specifications and provide tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to clients effectively
Experience in the oil tools or related industry is highly preferred
Analytical skills for market research and identifying customer needs
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work on-site in Midland, TX and engage in frequent client visits
