Role Description This is a full-time Sales Team Leader position based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with a hybrid work environment that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, driving sales growth, managing team performance, and setting clear goals. Additional tasks include mentoring and training team members, developing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to meet organizational objectives while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and Team Management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and improving team performance
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategy development
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with periodic in-office responsibilities
Experience in employee benefits or related industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field if helpful, but we've found excellent leaders with many different backgrounds
Compensation This is a contracted role.
