Strategic Growth & Category Enablement Lead
for a direct-hire role supporting an internationally respected residential and commercial services organization.
Position Summary This highly visible leadership role is responsible for accelerating both revenue and margins across North American operations. In this role you will serve as the enterprise authority on growth strategy, product & service development, go-to-market effectiveness, and investment prioritization with a sharp focus on return on investment.
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, marketing, finance, and operations requiring both intellectual rigor and hands‑on leadership. Success demands the ability to analyze industry trends, evaluate current initiatives, challenge existing norms, introduce innovative concepts, and guide the organization from insight through action.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and own enterprise growth strategy, aligning long‑term vision with structured execution.
Develop integrated strategic roadmaps with clear prioritization, sequencing, and ROI‑based financial rationale.
Identify, evaluate, and scale new products, services, revenue channels, partnerships, and customer penetration opportunities across the enterprise.
Optimize core services while aligning and cross‑selling adjacent lines of business to customers.
Define and own the multi‑year innovation pipeline, identifying and advancing opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives including digital enablement, capability transformation, and new service incubation.
Serve as the ROI and analytics authority by leading comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and investment evaluation.
Define, govern, and own enterprise KPIs, translating complex data into actionable growth initiatives.
Drive execution and adoption of strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and business unit leaders to design, develop, deliver, and scale growth opportunities across the enterprise.
Present complex strategies through clear, compelling narratives for executive and field audiences.
Qualifications Include
Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, development, consulting, or related roles with a demonstrated record of scaling revenue through strategic enterprise initiatives.
Proven experience developing and executing multi‑year strategic and operating plans.
Background in recurring‑revenue or subscription‑based business models is a plus.
Experience in commercial or residential home services or multi‑line service environments preferred.
Strong financial and analytical acumen with expertise in ROI, unit economics, and investment trade‑offs.
Executive presence with the credibility to influence leadership and direct transformation and growth initiatives across multiple lines of business.

Employment Type: Direct‑Hire with Client
Primary Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8a – 5p (CST)
Location: Remote
Target Compensation: $150k – $200k plus 20% Bonus Potential
Travel: Up to 20%
