Salesforce Developer

Location: On-site (Salt Lake City, Utah)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to mentor team members while contributing to a high-performing development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Train and mentor junior developers and administrators
• Partner with Salesforce Administrators to optimize system configuration and automation
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Experience training and mentoring technical staff
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II
• Experience with Salesforce Administration
• Experience with one or more of the following tools or technologies:
• • Power BI
  • JIRA
  • OmniScripts / Vlocity
  • MuleSoft
  • GitHub or similar version control systems
