3D Motion Designer / Multimedia Artist Responsibilities Primary Focus
Support the Multimedia department in creating high‑end 3D/2D animation and motion graphics from ideation to distribution.
Create or refine video/audio, graphic, infographics, and animation elements using Adobe Creative Suite.
Act as videographer and photographer for shoots, including sound monitoring, lighting, and retouching.
Prepare and operate studio equipment (cameras, audio mixers, video switchers, and set design).
Produce and direct audio projects such as podcasts and voice‑overs.
Manage and organize media assets and facilitate project briefs to ensure deadlines are met.
3D Motion Designer / Multimedia Artist Qualifications
1+ years of proven experience in professional multimedia production.
Expertise in 3D: High proficiency in Maxon: Cinema 4D and associated plugins (X‑Particles, Greyscalegorilla, INSYDIUM, Forester).
Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and tracking software (Mocha Pro, PFTrack).
Visual Storytelling: Ability to bring a script to life via storyboarding and 3D pre‑visualization.
Adaptability: Must excel in a high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Education: Degree in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
