Leasing Manager
to help lead daily operations, support our residents, and drive leasing performance for a thriving apartment community. This role partners closely with the Property Manager and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Support daily property operations and step in for the Property Manager when needed.
Oversee leasing performance, revenue goals, and the on‑site leasing team.
Manage resident records, rent collection, deposits, notices, and reporting.
Handle move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, inspections, and resident communications.
Handlingng customer service and positive resident relationships.
Process service requests and coordinate with maintenance for timely follow‑up.
Lead all aspects of the leasing process: inquiries, tours, applications, approvals, and move‑ins.
Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation.
Manage community marketing efforts, social media presence, and market surveys.
Monitor local market trends and provide pricing/marketing feedback.
Assist with interviewing, training, and supporting on‑site staff.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of on‑site property management or leasing experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with property management software, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
Ability to lead, support, and motivate leasing and maintenance teams.
Knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, and resident retention strategies.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass background and drug screening.
