Compensation: $20–$30/hour, based on experience
ROBLES BABAEE, APC is a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for justice and delivering exceptional client service. We’re looking for aLegal Intake Specialistto be the first point of contact for potential clients and help set the tone for their experience with our firm.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.
Conduct thorough and compassionate client intakes, gathering key facts and case details.
Enter information accurately into our case management system.
Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless intake process.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior law firm intake, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage a high call volume and multitask effectively.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
