Senior Superintendent – Design-Build
Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 per year
Job Details: A top Design-Build GC is looking to add a Senior Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site
Proficient with Procore
OSHA 30 Hour certification
Technically literate individual
