Description The Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes & Renovations will be responsible for:
Overseeing day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining a professional and collaborative jobsite environment.
Conducting regular site inspections, monitoring work progress, and proactively resolving issues to keep the project moving efficiently.
Coordinating closely with project managers, architects, and homeowners to ensure alignment on design intent, scope, and scheduling.
Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring full compliance with company standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Reviewing plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to confirm accuracy before work begins.
Managing site logistics, including deliveries, material staging, equipment coordination, and jobsite cleanliness.
Documenting daily progress, maintaining project reports, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identifying potential risks, conflicts, or design challenges early and working with the project team to develop solutions.
Ensuring high‑end craftsmanship is executed consistently across all phases of construction.
Profile The Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes & Renovations will have:
Extensive experience overseeing ground‑up custom homes and high‑end residential renovations.
A strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and high‑detail craftsmanship.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site logistics, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite.
