
We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives (Agents) to market, sell, and distribute diagnostic products and services. Sales Representatives will originate new business opportunities, engage directly with healthcare providers, laboratories and hospitals, and drive adoption of assays and laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Originate new opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals and organizations not already engaged with. Develop and maintain a protected client list, adding new accounts over time. Conduct prospecting, outreach, and meetings to generate interest in diagnostic solutions. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Schedule and attend client meetings (individually or with an affiliate). Maintain “active engagement” with prospects and clients through consistent communication (calls, emails, meetings). Provide follow-up support to ensure client questions are answered and sales processes continue smoothly. Sales Process Execution Promote assays and services as defined in the pricing schedule. Facilitate closing of new accounts and ensure successful onboarding of clients. Collaborate with operations and leadership to align on pricing, deal structure, and implementation timelines. Run financial models for prospective clients Compensation
Salary + Commission equal to X% of the Target Price per product unit sold and paid by the client (as listed in the Assay Pricing Grid). Paid residually on closed accounts. Commissions are earned upon receipt of client payment and are paid monthly (no later than the last business day of the following month). Uncapped earning potential, directly tied to performance. Qualifications
Proven experience in molecular diagnostics required. Candidates with a book of business/clients (provider groups and laboratories) will have a leg up. Knowledge in reimbursement, billing and coding preferred, but not necessary. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently. Must operate with high integrity and comply with all regulatory requirements.
