The company has completed complex builds across the U.S. and is now focused on a number of significant projects across the Miami area. Their portfolio includes commercial buildings, residential mid/high rises and mixed‑use developments. The Role:
Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their field team for this Miami based project multifamily project. This role will involve leading on‑site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of said project. The right candidate will have experience seeing mid/high rise multifamily and/or mixed‑use projects from breaking ground through to completion. What’s in it for you?
