Compensation We offer a competitive Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses that total to $65K–$120K+.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to schools and non-profits to identify fundraising opportunities
Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations to coaches and teachers
Manage leads and pipeline in our CRM system
Constantly work closely with leadership to refine your pitch and exceed sales goals
Bring positive energy and a winning attitude every day
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
Strong communicator with persuasive and confident phone presence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Goal-oriented, competitive, and coachable
Passion for helping others and making a difference
Bachelor’s / 4-year degree required
