CRE Relationship Manager IV . In this high-impact role, you’ll lead complex commercial and real estate lending relationships while driving loan growth, deposit expansion, and full banking service penetration. Acting as the strategic quarterback of each client relationship, from sourcing to closing, you’ll build deep partnerships, structure sophisticated credit solutions, and represent the institution as a trusted financial advisor in the local market. This role is ideal for a seasoned producer with strong credit acumen, community presence, and a passion for developing long-term client success. Job Requirements
Drive loan production, deposit growth, and cross-sell initiatives. Source, build, and cultivate new business through networking, referrals, and COI relationships. Deepen existing client portfolios through proactive engagement and tailored financial solutions. Structure and negotiate complex CRE loans, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing. Collaborate with underwriting, portfolio management, and credit teams to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio. Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and credit committees. Review appraisals, cost analyses, and environmental reports for compliance with policies and regulations. Support and mentor junior relationship managers. Maintain compliance with BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, and internal risk policies. Participate in community and professional organizations to strengthen market presence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in Real Estate/Finance strongly preferred. NMLS registration (or willingness to obtain prior to employment). Successful background and credit check Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, commercial lending, and credit structuring within the local market. Formal credit training and expert knowledge of real estate finance, underwriting, and market dynamics. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across departments. Advanced understanding of loan participations, syndications, SWAPs, and hedging instruments.
