Database Specialist/Analyst . This role focuses on running, pulling, and optimizing complex database queries across SQL Server and Python-driven data workflows. Key Responsibilities
Run, pull, and optimize
advanced SQL queries
across Microsoft SQL Server environments. Execute database scripts, troubleshoot data issues, and support daily operational reporting. Build and maintain Python-based data utilities for automation and data extraction. Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing banking operations and compliance initiatives. Work with high‑volume, sensitive financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Contribute to database-related enhancements, issue investigation, and documentation. Required Skills
Strong experience running and executing
advanced SQL queries . Hands‑on experience with
Microsoft SQL Server . Python
scripting experience for data extraction and workflow automation. Background in the
banking or financial services industry . Ability to troubleshoot data and query performance issues effectively. Preferred Experience
Familiarity with
EGifts
systems. Experience with
Fircosoft
(AML/sanctions screening tools). Prior work with regulated financial data environments.
