Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year.

Responsibilities
5+ years mechanical/plumbing estimating; field experience or engineering degree preferred
Proficient with blueprints/P&ID and estimating tools (Sage, QuickPen, etc.)
Experience preparing estimates, managing contracts, purchase orders, and schedules
Strong coordination skills with foremen, vendors, and project teams
Physical ability for occasional site visits; valid driver’s license required
Accurate math skills, proactive planning, customer service focus, disciplined work style
Qualifications Mechanical Estimator with 3+ years of experience.
