The Role You’ll be on the front lines of our growth, identifying and building relationships with decision makers at top engineering and technology companies.
Communicate our value proposition to prospects and identify their workforce challenges.
Generate new opportunities through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Manage your pipeline and track activity in HubSpot.
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities.
Collaborate with recruiting to ensure seamless client delivery.
Represent TeamUP Tech at industry events and conferences.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of professional experience
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning potential.
Resilient and coachable.
Familiarity with semiconductor, defense, aerospace, or technical staffing industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Former athletes, entrepreneurs, and anyone with a track record in competitive environments are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer
Base salary of $55,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commission.
First year on target earnings of $80,000 to $90,000, with top performers earning $120,000 to $140,000 after year one.
