Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Professional role based in Benson, NC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, delivering tailored recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pool design and sales process. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, conducting consultations, creating proposals, and maintaining strong communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations. to sell high-end residential swimming pools. This is
not an entry-level role
and is not retail sales. We provide qualified leads, proven products, and a clear sales process. You bring professionalism, follow-up discipline, and the ability to guide homeowners through a six-figure decision. What You'll Be Doing
Conduct
in-home consultations
with homeowners Educate clients on fiberglass, vinyl, and concrete pool options Present structured pool packages and upgrades Guide clients through financing, timelines, and expectations Follow up consistently until contract is signed Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in CRM Work evenings and Saturdays as needed to meet homeowners What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
Experience selling
high-ticket products or services
($25k+) Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections Strong follow-up habits (calls, texts, emails) Professional presentation and communication skills Coachable and accountable Reliable transportation Ability to manage a longer sales cycle (30–120 days) Bonus experience (preferred)
In-home consultative selling CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and offer outstanding customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines Technical understanding of pool and spa designs or a willingness to learn about the features of vinyl, fiberglass and concrete pools Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
