
Regional Sales Manager – HVAC & Building Automation | Western U.S.
Location:
Remote – Western U.S. (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY; must be near a major airport) Travel:

Role Overview We are seeking a
Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western U.S. territory. This is a technical sales role focused on managing
channel partner relationships
(12–14 partners) and expanding CRC's footprint in critical environments. You will educate, train, and act as the subject matter expert (SME) on partner sales calls, trade shows, and technical webinars.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow channel partner relationships across multi-state Western U.S. territory
Drive new business with engineers, contractors, and facilities via solution-based selling
Deliver technical presentations and provide expert guidance on HVAC airflow, room pressure, and critical environment systems
Collaborate with internal engineers and marketing to support design, proposals, and post-installation success
Attend trade shows, webinars, and training events to advance market presence
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical sales experience in
HVAC or Building Automation , preferably with a manufacturer
Experience managing a
territory or regional sales and supporting channel partners
Strong understanding of
airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, and mechanical building systems
Comfortable engaging with engineers, contractors, facility managers, and owners
Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and sell complex solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Multi-state/regional sales experience supporting indirect sales
Prior experience in a critical environment or hospital systems
