Job Summary
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Responsibilities
Customized Solutions:
Craft tailored telecom packages that leave customers satisfied.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technologies.
Sales Pitch:
Master persuasion in the field, showcasing advantages of our products and addressing concerns.
Closing Deals:
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life.
Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional post‑sales support and assistance, turning customers into advocates.
Team Collaboration:
Share insights and strategies with fellow sales dynamos to conquer collective goals.
Targets and Quotas:
Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivator who works independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills.
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence.
Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to work full time.

Bilingual preferred to support effective communication with diverse customers.

The pay range is $90,000.00 – $120,000.00/year (which includes base plus estimated average annual commissions).
Base salary at time of hire: $40,000, plus commissions. Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed. Earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and are subject to the terms of applicable commission plan(s).
