Position Overview We are seeking a Landscape Designer with 0–5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is well suited for a recent graduate or early-career designer who wants to build strong design, technical, and real-world project skills in a well-structured, supportive studio environment that values quality, clarity, and steady progress.
Designers in this role will gain hands‑on experience across all phases of projects, from concept through construction, with opportunities for direct client interaction and close collaboration with senior staff.
Responsibilities
Contribute to concept design, design development, and construction documentation
Produce creative and technically sound drawings, renderings, and presentation materials
Assist with project coordination and communication with client and consultant
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Assist with site visits and construction observationsWork on multiple projects simultaneously with guidance and mentorship
Qualifications
0–5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
Strong design ability, creativity, and graphic sensibility
Demonstrated interest in conceptual thinking as well as buildable solutions
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling and rendering (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion or similar)
Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting
U.S. Citizen, Permanent resident or possess a work visa
Currently residing in the United States
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Hybrid work option (combination of in‑office and remote work negotiable)
