
A2Z Building Solutions is a fast-growing commercial facility services company serving businesses across the Kansas City metro. We provide a single point of contact for janitorial, building maintenance, landscaping, repairs, and specialty services—making facility management easier for our clients.
We’re looking for an Account Manager / Sales Executive to help grow our commercial footprint while managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of services.
What you’ll do
Develop and close new commercial business across the Kansas City area
Build relationships with property managers, owners, and facility decision-makers
Sell A2Z’s full suite of facility services as a one-stop solution
Manage assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
Coordinate and oversee service execution and project completion
Conduct site visits, assess scopes, and ensure quality and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
What we’re looking for
Experience in sales, account management, facilities, construction, or related fields
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and relationship‑driven
Familiarity with the Kansas City commercial market is a plus
