As an Executive Closer, your core mission is to be the decisive force – the ultimate deal-maker who directly impacts new investment acquisition and transaction volume growth for Fusion’s expansion. This is where strategy meets execution, transforming potential into tangible success through partnership agreements. You will negotiate investment deals with potential new clients, close the deal, and drive growth. Compensation

The income potential for this commission-based, revenue-sharing role starts at $70,000 annually. With experience, you can command $250,000 annually or more within your first two years. Two main functions

Investment / Partner Acquisition (The Heroic Close) : You will qualify potential candidates and present our investment model. When a candidate wants to partner, you architect the deal, guiding a collaborative process prioritizing mutual growth. Present our services with conviction and clarity. Partnership Deal Finalization & Hand off : After a partnership is agreed, ensure finalization of the investment agreement and transition to Partner Success and Operations teams. You will be committed to the successful closure of opportunities and prepared to debate and negotiate with clients. Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate : Polished professional with highly effective, commanding communication skills. Persuasive without being "salesy"; capable of tackling challenges. Experience in residential real estate helpful but not required. Training on go-to-market strategy and processes will be provided.
