The Marketing & Procurement Coordinator is a multifaceted role responsible for overseeing the firm’s outward-facing brand presence while also managing procurement and operational coordination. This position ensures that marketing, purchasing, installations, and vendor relationships are handled with consistency, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, creative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving design environment.

Marketing, Content & Communications

Manage and produce content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest

Plan, write, and distribute newsletters

Write and edit blog content

Capture behind-the-scenes and finished-project photography (iPhone acceptable)

Update website content and portfolio pages

Manage testimonials and Google Reviews

Editorial, PR & Brand Materials

Support PR efforts and editorial submissions

Coordinate press materials, photography, and project assets

Create and manage printed materials, including photobooks, pitch decks, and presentation materials

Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms and materials

Partnerships, Outreach & Growth

Research and generate new partner, collaborator, and vendor leads

Maintain and grow relationships with vendors, showrooms, and industry partners

Support outreach for partnerships, events, and charitable collaborations

Maintain an events calendar and assist with event planning and coordination

Procurement & Purchasing

Manage purchasing from order placement through delivery

Track orders, shipping timelines, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, and manufacturers

Maintain organized procurement records and documentation

Installations & Logistics

Assist with installation scheduling and coordination

Support installation days with setup, revisions, and documentation

Coordinate photography during and after installations

Lead Management & Client / Vendor Coordination

Track and follow up on incoming leads (e.g., Sidemark)

Maintain organized records of outreach, leads, and responses

Prepare client and partner templates for meetings and presentations

Support coordination between vendors, clients, and the design team

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, procurement, or related roles (design or creative industry preferred)

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects

Interest in interiors, design, lifestyle, or luxury brands strongly preferred

Work Environment; Conditions: Flex work from home, with scheduled team meetings, site visits and events

Vehicle is required
