Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary) Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $47,500-$80,000/annually; commensurate with experience. The level and pay for this role is at the discretion of the Manager and will be discussed at the time of the offer. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Associate's degree in business, related field, or equivalent work experience 5 years experience in Commercial Banking operations and support with a strong focus on loan operations, particularly commercial real estate and constructions lending 2 years of commercial loan documentation experience Working knowledge/understanding of basic compliance rules and regulations, basic mortgage documents, Intermediate Loan Agreements, Lien Laws, Legal Terminology, Escrow, Certificates of Insurance, Contracts, and basic accounting. Sound knowledge of Bank's CIP, BSA and AML policies and procedures State of Hawaii notary license Benefits
