We’re hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing data operations, reporting, and analytics in a large, complex data environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining existing Power BI dashboards, managing relational datasets, and supporting marketing offer and coupon setup.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards
Write and troubleshoot SQL queries across complex datasets
Perform data validation, QA, and testing
Support marketing offer and coupon setup, including data entry
Partner with marketing and analytics teams and pivot as priorities change
Data scale includes millions of customers and hundreds of thousands of offers
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a data analyst or marketing analytics role
Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
Hands‑on experience maintaining and updating Power BI reports and dashboards
Experience working with large‑scale datasets
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort supporting both analytical and operational tasks
Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑starter mindset
Strong communication skills, including active listening and documentation
