
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service, sell, and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Majority work no nights or weekends
Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives
Key Responsibilities Include
Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills / Qualifications Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of previous employment.

The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
A strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork.
