As a New Home Sales Consultant in the community of North River Ranch in Parrish, you are responsible for the sale of new homes within a designated community to meet established sales goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct research on housing market conditions and comparable products
Generate leads through the CRM, show home traffic, referrals, realtors, and email campaigns
Deliver presentations on Cardel communities and product line-up to prospective buyers
Assist customers with their purchasing needs and administer the sales and purchase agreements
Provide ongoing customer support throughout the sale and build process
Qualifications
3+ years in new home sales experience
High School Diploma or GED
Passion for excellence in customer service delivery
Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record in sales
Self-starter with high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
Time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills
Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills
Ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
