Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Burlingame, CA, for a Route Sales Manager. The Route Sales Manager will oversee a designated sales territory, manage relationships with customers, ensure timely delivery of products, and identify opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, ensuring product availability, and assisting with inventory management. The role requires a customer‑focused approach to deliver exceptional service while meeting sales goals and developing strong partnerships with local businesses.

Qualifications

Sales and customer relationship management skills with proven experience in building and maintaining client partnerships

Strong organizational and inventory management skills

Proficiency in route management and efficient scheduling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities

Adaptability to handle physical aspects of the role, including the transportation and delivery of products

Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for growth

High level of self‑motivation and ability to work independently

Experience in the automotive or battery industry is a plus

Proficiency with inventory tracking software and CRM systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
