We are looking for former athletes to achieve new career heights on a dedicated, compassionate team of successful insurance agents. Our insurance agency is expanding and needs the help of former athletes who are used to working on the court, on the field, the track, or the ring, to grow our list of prospective clients as well as themselves in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities We need a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase exceptional sales skills. The next Area Sales Manager must understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for insurance products throughout Lake, Geneva, and Ashtabula Counties of Northeastern Ohio. The right manager should be an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins, recruit, develop, and influence top performers, and maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. The position offers the flexibility to work from the office or home.
Compensation Compensation:
$75,000 yearly
