Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Supervisor based in East Rutherford, NJ. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate a sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. The individual is responsible for setting performance targets, delivering training, analyzing sales data, and fostering a collaborative environment. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
