3+ years of freight brokerage experience

– You know the freight industry inside and out and have a proven track record.

11am-8pm CST

What You Will Do:

Daily Loadboard coverage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners across North America, ensuring exceptional service to meet customer needs.

Increase your earning potential by expanding your carrier network and growing your volume and capacity over time.

Collaborate with the sales team to offer competitive pricing and contribute to RFQ/RFP bids.

Drive performance by focusing on delivering high-quality service and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop new relationships with carrier partners in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, expanding our network and service capabilities during the afternoon and night shifts.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing carriers, ensuring high levels of service and communication.

Refine your skills in relationship management and customer service through collaboration with your team and manager.

Work closely with the sales team to create tailored transportation solutions for our customers, always ensuring the best possible service.

Focus on KPIs such as on‑time deliveries, proactive tracking (automated), and outbound calls—performance will be measured and rewarded.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Passion for the freight industry and the drive to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Exceptional communication skills – You can get things done via phone, email, and video calls with ease.

A strong work ethic – You are driven, focused, and ready to put in the effort to succeed.

Relationship‑building skills – You enjoy connecting with a variety of people from truck drivers to senior business leaders.
