Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve annual revenue and margin goals of all products (service, construction, energy, and engineering) for assigned accounts.

Establish and build relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers to sell all CoolSys products and services; maintain customer contact information in Salesforce.com.

Develop and update annual account plans in Salesforce.com for each assigned customer.

Act as the conduit for the customer in communicating administrative and operational issues to appropriate CoolSys commercial operations and/or operations resources to ensure timely resolution.

Work with Sales Operations on the execution of the service contract RFP process for renewal of existing service contracts, including providing sales-related information required by the RFP.

Ensure visibility to all relevant bid and/or negotiated installation opportunities from assigned accounts; review estimates, assist with estimate development as needed, manage the sales/ops pre-bid process, price bids for submittal, and negotiate pricing within approved margin guidelines.

Ensure installation sell margins comply with margin guidelines for all construction bids and that all upfront sales processes are followed.

Comply with all required sales processes, including Salesforce.com and Projectmates.

Identify and act on new sales opportunities within existing assigned accounts.

Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs, and lead solution development to address those needs. Coordinate transition of new customers when added to the assigned list.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, GoldMine, etc.).

Ability to travel up to 30%.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of construction and service industry, including project estimation, labor forecasting, and building permits (a plus).

Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment and industry (preferred).

Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to champion organizational initiatives.

Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Exceptional collaborative, team-oriented communication skills.

Ability to make decisions impacting the department’s credibility, operations, and service.

Ability to interface across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.

Strong customer service skills; proactively address customer issues and concerns.

Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the schedules of others to meet deadlines.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and develop forecasts.

Ability to make informal and formal presentations inside and outside the organization.

Join Us Education, Experience and/or Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5-7 years Large Regional and/or Enterprise Account Management and sales experience.

Experience with contract negotiations, forecasting and budgeting.

Strong relationship building and management background.
