Job Details Currently seeking a Building Automation Sales Account Executive to join an established Building Energy Solutions provider in the Boston market. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team and drive our mission to create smarter, more efficient buildings.
Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate building automation and energy services solutions in both the new construction and retrofit markets.
Develop long-term business to business relationships with BAS customers by providing consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for building control and mechanical systems.
Interface with company engineers and technicians to ensure successful project implementation.
Provide industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering communities.
Call on customers that include but are not limited to data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.
MUST HAVE:
Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Building Controls and/or Mechanical systems experience
Proven Sales experience in BAS
Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems
NICE TO HAVE:
Johnson Controls or Honeywell experience
