In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain by uncovering insights that drive smarter decisions and better operational outcomes. You will analyze data to identify inefficiencies, evaluate root causes and develop recommendations that support major transformation initiatives across planning, returns, supplier performance and execution.

Develop analytical models and prepare presentations using data visualization software and tools to improve operational performance around aircraft spare parts
Improve the operational metrics through design, development and monitoring of results from implemented solutions
Collaborate with other departments including Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores to understand business processes and areas for improvement
Create presentations and present findings with recommendations to influence key stakeholders and senior management
Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis
Support other team members and Business Analysts with complex queries, methods, and recommendations
Guide users to explain solutions and optimize user experience
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or other related field with 3 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience in airline: operations, supply chain, analytics, or quantitative forecasting methodologies
Master’s degree in related field
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
Ability to shift priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
Proficient in SQL, knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation
Ability to extract/analyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on findings
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Lake
Experience with data visualization in Power Bi and Tableau
Excellent project management and organization skills, with attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel, Power Point, and Teams
Preferred Skills: ETL, Python, Snowflake, Alteryx
