REMOTE Opportunity
OR HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX areas
As the eCommerce Optimization Specialist for Zales, you will assist in driving the merchandise sales and margin of the brands they support through merchandising, navigation adjustments, site optimization, maintenance and analytics.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Brand Manager, Assistant Manager and Merchants to build impactful product stories and promotions online
Review existing and request new taxonomy logic to optimize effective automatic merchandising
Create and manage all storewide promotional events for their branded web‑store in the online promotions engine
Create and manage all category and item level promotional discounting for their branded web‑store
Create and manage all marketing promotional codes offered through social, partnership, and affiliate programs
Assist with requesting and confirming pricing events to the PIM team for their branded web‑store
Work diligently to ensure that rules are set in the pricing and promotions engines to minimize overlapping discounts while writing all appropriate pricing and promotional DISCLAIMERS for all home pages and emails
Execute SEO best practices for landing pages, headers, navigation/breadcrumbs and video
Badge key items and offers at the product level and sequence new product daily to support the default rank
Reporting including, but not limited to weekly / monthly Click Map and navigation, ratings and reviews, User Generated Content (Social UGC) platform, recommendation engine reporting and weekly / monthly review on competitors from a promotional and functionality perspective
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing or other related area
1+ year(s) of experience in eCommerce, online sales or internet marketing

The salary range for this opportunity is $45,000 - $66,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
