You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Strategy + Orchestration
Leading fullfunnel digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to strengthen brand preference and drive outcomes
Designing and orchestrating connected B2B buyer journeys that support discovery, validation, and decisionmaking
Aligning crossfunctional partners to ensure consistent messaging, smooth handoffs, and shared success measures
Integrating PR and earned media strategy into digital programs to enhance brand authority and narrative consistency
Channel Execution + Performance
Managing paid advertising programs, including budgeting, targeting, experimentation, and optimization
Owning CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, nurture design, and database health
Improving leadgeneration systems through clear definitions, conversionpath enhancements, and strong routing and reporting practices
Guiding social media strategy and governance, ensuring platformnative storytelling and performancedriven optimization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including paid media and CRM/lifecycle ownership
Experience driving leadgeneration programs and improving conversion journeys
2+ years managing people and/or leading agency partners
Comfortable working primarily in office in Grand Rapids or Chicago, with periodic travel

B2B experience strongly preferred; channelpartner exposure is a plus
Designing optimized B2B buyer journeys
Applying performancemarketing and testing best practices

Using analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to guide decisions
Running effective social media strategies
Integrating earned media into digital programs
Collaborating across marketing, sales, creative, and channel teams
