
BIM Designer / BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure & Rail

What You’ll Do
Lead BIM production for large‑scale infrastructure and rail projects, ensuring models are accurate, coordinated, and built to industry‑leading standards.
Develop detailed 2D/3D models, drawings, and project deliverables using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and external partners to maintain design accuracy and intent.
Drive clash detection, coordination meetings, and digital model reviews.
Maintain organized models, files, and documented BIM standards in alignment with digital delivery requirements.
Support project teams with troubleshooting, workflow improvements, and BIM best practices.
What You Bring
4+ years of hands‑on BIM experience, ideally within infrastructure and rail.
Strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Civil 3D
Navisworks
Revit
Solid understanding of civil infrastructure workflows, project lifecycles, and digital delivery processes.
Ability to jump in with minimal onboarding—a true “plug and play” BIM expert.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.77/hr.
