Now, we’re looking for a Performance Copywriter & Creative Producer, focused on paid ads to join our small team!
You’ll own the research, writing, and rapid iteration of paid creative that drives real, measurable growth. You understand what converts and you build concepts that scale across channels.
Working closely with our growth and marketing team, you’ll turn insights into high-performing ideas, adapt them natively across platforms, test at volume, and bring winning ads to life. The creative you produce will directly impact engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do
Write high-performing, conversion-driven ad scripts weekly (Meta + TikTok) Develop new hook angles and performance narratives informed by data Research trends, creators, and cultural moments to fuel fresh concepts Reverse-engineer winning ads and translate insights into scalable creative Analyze performance data and iterate quickly Collaborate closely with growth + editing teams Shoot content in-house (UGC-style, founder-led, trend-based formats) Contribute to a high-volume creative testing pipeline Maintain creative documentation, naming systems, and testing frameworks What You Bring
