Salary + Commission + Bonuses + Travel OVERVIEW: We are a video marketing agency specializing in video production, ad campaigns, social media strategy, and lead generation for attorneys and other local businesses ready to grow their online presence. Our team creates impactful, results-driven content that elevates brands and drives real business outcomes.
We’re currently looking for a passionate and creative videographer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help lead client shoots, direct on-set energy, and craft strategic content that aligns with brand messaging and social media trends. You'll also play a key part in guiding clients on-camera, collaborating on content ideas, and helping us produce videos that not only look great, but convert.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Creative Videography: Assist in shooting and editing video content that aligns with client goals and brand vision.
Content Ideation: Brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas for videos, social media posts, and campaigns.
Client Directing: Coach and collaborate with clients on set to ensure their vision, energy, and message come through clearly on camera.
Data Entry & File Management: Organize project files, shoot schedules, and post-production materials to keep workflows smooth.
Hands-on Growth: Receive training and creative direction to strengthen your skills in production, brand messaging, and visual storytelling.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You’re based in Tampa Bay
Willing to travel for shoots outside of FL
You have your own car for transportation
You’re skilled in communication and can coach clients on camera
You understand the role of video in marketing and sales
You stay on top of social media trends and know what performs
You bring positive energy and a solutions-first mindset to set
You’re confident speaking on camera and guiding othersYou’re a team player who leads with creativity, clarity, and care
BONUS if you have experiencing working in the legal space prior or basic understanding of legal advertising
NOTE: You don’t need to own any equipment—we’ll provide all the gear you’ll need. You also will not be editing videos, as we have a full team of editors you will work alongside of to create the final vision!
