Capital Raising & Investor Development

Identify, cultivate, and secure commitments from individual and institutional investors including pension funds, endowments, and family offices.

Build and maintain relationships with the internal advisor network to facilitate capital raising from advisors and their clients.

Manage fundraising pipelines, attend investor events, and coordinate outreach efforts.

Develop compelling investment packages including financial models, pro forma projections, and presentations for prospective investors.

Investor Relations & Communication

Serve as primary contact for advisors, RIAs, and investors, providing timely updates on fund performance and market insights.

Prepare and disseminate quarterly reports, performance reviews, and investor communications.

Address investor inquiries and maintain transparency in all communications.

Gather market intelligence and investor feedback to inform fundraising strategies and firm positioning.

Compliance, Reporting & Internal Collaboration

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal reporting standards related to investor relations and securities laws.

Verify investor qualifications and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and investment teams to streamline communication and reporting processes.

Support portfolio management with investor‑facing materials and presentations.

Requirements – What You Bring to the Table Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business development in asset management or private equity.

Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional and individual investors.

Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and financial markets.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree.

Experience with alternative investments or private markets.

Previous experience working with RIAs and financial advisors.

Knowledge of faith‑based or values‑aligned investing.

Strong network within institutional investor community.

Experience with CRM systems and investor database management.
