Role Description EMJ is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in Jefferson, GA. This role is central to supporting customer relationships and driving revenue growth. You will manage inbound customer inquiries, process orders, follow up on leads, and identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Success in this role comes from building trust with customers, responding quickly to their needs, and proactively uncovering ways to add value while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building
Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities
Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long‑term client satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools
Prior experience in manufacturing, metals, or industrial distribution is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or a related field is beneficial but not required
