Job Description Summary As an Account Manager in the Short‑Term Rental (STR) Division, you’ll serve as the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients leveraging Inhabit Vacation Division solutions. These may include Property Management Systems (PMS), revenue management tools, digital marketing services, insurance, and payment solutions. Your mission is to drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction through proactive account management, strategic insights, and seamless collaboration across teams. This role is pivotal in helping clients achieve measurable success and maximize their partnership with Inhabit.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Own and manage a portfolio of mid‑to‑large clients in the short‑term‑rental space
Conduct regular check‑ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) / Executive Business Review (EBRs), and strategic planning sessions
Identify upsell opportunities and drive product expansion
Monitor client health and proactively mitigate churn risks
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, Product, and Implementation teams or adoption readiness
Advocate for client needs internally and ensure timely resolution of issues
Manage renewals and commercial growth including pricing strategy
Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to forecasting
What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
3+ years in account management, client success, or sales
Experience in B2B SaaS
Experience in STR technology a plus
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally
Comfortable presenting to executive‑level stakeholders
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
