
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service, guide customers through our store and OMNI experience, actively sell our products, support garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean sales floor and back of house. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience and work closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available.
Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
Promote and sell our products to customers.
Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives.
Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
Complete the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes.
Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms).
Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays following visual & commercial guidelines.
Replenish stock and keep good levels on the sales floor.
Use in-store OMNI services and tech tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store.
Assist with opening and closing of the store.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities.

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.
Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers.
Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
