We are a high-performance real estate brokerage building a

scalable inside sales organization . We are looking for a future

ISA / Telemarketing Manager

who will first prove themselves as a

top-producing caller , then step into leadership. The right candidate will move into management within

6–9 months , based on performance — not politics or tenure. Phase 1: Inside Sales Agent (Proving Ground)

You will start on the phones. This phase exists for one reason:

credibility . Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls daily Set qualified appointments for agents Follow scripts while actively improving them Log all activity accurately in the CRM Handle objections with confidence and professionalism Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Non-Negotiables

You are coachable but competitive You track your own numbers without being asked You take ownership when things go wrong You show up on time, prepared, every day Once you consistently perform at a high level, you will begin transitioning into leadership. Management Responsibilities (Fast-Track)

Coach and train new ISAs Hold daily huddles and accountability check-ins Review call recordings and performance metrics Improve scripts, objection handling, and follow-up processes Own ISA KPIs: calls, contacts, appointments, conversions Help build and scale the inside sales department What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who: Has prior inside sales, call center, or ISA experience Has led people before OR clearly demonstrates leadership potential Understands that respect is earned through results Wants a long-term leadership role, not a short-term job Is energized by accountability, structure, and metrics Big plus if you have experience in:

Real estate, mortgage, insurance, solar, or high-volume call centers Training, coaching, or team leadership Compensation & Growth
